Living Faith Home Healthcare is a pediatric special needs in-home nurse service that provides comprehensive medical care and support to children with chronic conditions and disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.

At Living Faith Home Healthcare, our mission is to provide exceptional in-home healthcare services to children with chronic conditions and disabilities, while fostering an environment of compassion, trust and respect.

We strive to empower families and caregivers to take an active role in the care of their child, and to work in partnership with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each child receives the highest level of personalized care

Why did we start
Living Faith Home Healthcare?

In 2014, our family welcomed a set of twins — one of which, Reed, had significant and complex medical needs. Seven months later, upon discharge from the NICU, Reed required nurses to come into the home and care for him 16+ hours per day. It quickly became apparent that finding a nurse for our son was not as easy as we had initially expected.

There was a large amount of turnover, and we kept encountering caregivers who didn’t quite fit the specific needs of our son or our family. After a semi-flippant statement to my husband and father that about ‘doing it myself,’ they encouraged me to pursue the idea

After prayerfully considering it, we ultimately decided that home health needs a change and we were going to try to be that change. We hit the ground running, and by the end of 2015, Living Faith Home Health Care LLC was created. We researched regulations, hired a consultant, and attended multiple out-of-state trainings to learn the in’s and out’s of this industry. We didn’t rush through the process. We took our time, read the documentation, and made efforts to truly understand what we were doing and why we were doing it. By early 2017, we had achieved accreditation, completed the necessary contracts, and were ready to admit our first patient. Who was our first patient, you ask? Well, duh! It was Reed! Who else other than our company mascot and the inspiration for this whole adventure!

LFHHC started as a mother’s desire to get my kid the best care I could find. In that process, it has blossomed into the most beautiful and fulfilling career I could ask for. With a business model built around the patient and an administrative team made of people who are passionate about children, we have established the agency that I was looking for back in 2015.

I am so proud of this company, and I cannot wait to see where this continues to take us!
